An overview and the role of SAS 70 from a user and auditee perspective
SPEAKER PROFILE:
Bob specializes in providing internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70 and other consulting services to clients. He:
·Has over twenty years total accounting, audit, tax, internal control, and information technology consulting experience.
·Has served as a Director of Internal Audit for 13 years at local $2.5 billion dollar financial institution.
·Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
·Is a Member of the American
and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
·Has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State
University
·Is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
·Is a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA).
·Is a Certified Fiduciary Investment Risk Management Specialist (CFIRMS).

From North: Take I95 South to 695 East towards Glen Burnie. Follow 695 to Exit 8, N. Hammonds Ferry Road. Bear right and Snyder’s just off of exit.
If you come from the Parkway North or South, take 695 West to Towson, Take Exit 8, Nursery Rd, (one exit from Parkway), Bear right at end of exit, go under 695, turn right onto N. Hammonds Ferry Rd. Snyder’s 2 blocks on right.
