Speaker Profile:
G. Mark Hardy, CISSP, CISA, President, National Security Corporation
G. Mark Hardy has been providing information security expertise to government, military, and commercial clients for over 25 years. He is a perennial speaker at major industry trade shows and president of National Security Corporation, a information security consulting firm, founded in 1988.
Mr. Hardy is the author of over one hundred presentations and articles on information security. He presents dozens of security seminars and speeches each year, and is popular for his entertaining and informative style. He serves on the Advisory Board of CyberWATCH, a National Science Foundation funded consortium of universities, government agencies, and businesses. He is a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve, and has been privileged to serve in command nine times.
He is the author of the Information Security Handbook for Enterprise Computing, Client/Server Security Handbook, a contributing author to Network Security Secrets, and has provided pre-publication review for a number of security books, including Bruce Schneier's Secrets and Lies, and Winn Schwartau's Time-Based Security. Mr. Hardy has served on three ANSI committees (X9F, X9E9, and X12) writing security standards for financial and e-commerce industries. A graduate of Northwestern University, Mr. Hardy holds a BS in Computer Science, a BA in Mathematics, a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Strategic Studies, and is designated as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

If there is no answer, please leave a voice mail message when prompted. If you wish to have the reservation confirmed be sure to leave a return phone number. You will automatically receive a confirmation if you registered via the web site. We will attempt to accommodate walk-ins, but please secure your seat with a timely reservation. Because this meeting requires special accommodations, late charges of $25 do apply for late registrants after the January 8th deadline and walk-ins.
Cancellation Notice: A registrant is responsible for the full cost of a meeting if reservations are not cancelled by noon on the Friday prior to the Chapter Meeting. Substitutions are acceptable. Please email Pat Hamilton at meetings@isaca-cmc.org to cancel a reservation.
